Transformation of a Services business

Our client is the owner of a support services business that has been successful in its region, and who now felt the time was right to expand further.

By undertaking a review Morphose was able to establish an enhancement plan with our client, which enabled us to engage with the board directors and agree a common strategy for the business.

Through drawing upon our Associate Network, we deployed interim support in key areas (such as Sales & Marketing for example) to ensure the senior team could remain focused on delivering business as usual activities whilst the transformation programme was undertaken.

As a direct result of our engagement the business is continuing to grow successfully and deliver increased profit.
