Oliver Jones – Chairman
Morphose’s Chairman, Oliver Jones is an original, entrepreneurial and innovative thinker, with a strong commercial focus and the ability to devise and successfully deliver novel solutions to complex business problems.
Oliver has a long track record as a principal in establishing, growing, acquiring and divesting service businesses and capital intensive operating businesses. He has also raised significant capital globally: over USD 750m/GBP 600M to date in equity, for various companies where he has been a founder and investor. These have been drawn from a wide range of sources including private equity, crowdfunding, angel investor sources and traditional banking. In addition his fundraising and deal leadership experience extends to optimising debt and mezzanine capital sources for his own businesses and he has also acted as an advisor and consultant to many other entrepreneurs and VC/PE investors in raising and releasing substantial capital.
Oliver has wide experience in an executive capacity as a business leader as an owner and CEO, and also supports others today as a chairman, professional mentor and in non-executive director roles.
He is highly accomplished in devising, developing and delivering effective and often radical solutions for business owners seeking to expand, improve or sell. He also has direct experience in business launches and complex corporate structures, including start-ups, joint ventures, post-acquisition transformation and MBI/MBOs.
