Oliver Jones BSc MBA FRICS FBIFM FRSA

Oliver has an extensive and proven track record in the UK outsourcing, facilities management and property services sectors as a business leader and entrepreneur. A chartered surveyor, with an MBA from London Business School, Oliver has been directly involved in a wide range of corporate transactions: as a principal and shareholder in trade sales and acquisitions; in business turnarounds and structured break-ups; and in private equity backed ventures including public to private de-listing. His experience extends from the UK, to the Middle East, Hong Kong & South East Asia and Australasia.

Nick Atherton BA (Hons)

Nick co-founded Morphose after running a Mergers and Acquisitions department where he worked with a range of prominent property sector clients. He has worked on many successful M&A transactions and successfully helped businesses implement change programmes. He also has an excellent track record in identifying and placing senior executives in a range of sectors. After graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a Business Economics degree, Nick completed a summer internship at Merrill Lynch before joining a headhunting firm operating across both private and public sectors. Nick has also completed a Masters degree in Surveying from the University of Reading.

David Millar BSc (Hons), MRICS, MBIFM

David joined Morphose in October 2011, bringing his wide experience in the property industry, which spans surveying, facilities management, consultancy and latterly sales and marketing within FM service delivery groups to our team. David has led many successful projects as a programme and project manager including significant TUPE transfers in outsourcing transactions and post acquisition integration within major contracting groups. His operational management knowledge enhances the ability of Morphose to undertake in-depth reviews of acquisitions as well as providing advice to deliver growth and strategic development for our clients.

Emelie Frid

Emelie joined Morphose in January 2011 as Head of Research, having worked for us as an associate prior to this. Emelie has five years of experience in researching the Property and Facilities Management markets, and manages the market mapping stage of all of the M&A deals facilitated by Morphose. Her expertise lies in identifying and detailing niche off-market businesses for sale. Prior to joining Morphose Emelie undertook search assignments in the private and public sector, covering the property, construction, engineering, FM and housing industries across the UK, Ireland and the Middle East.
