Morphose, the international brokerage and advisory service business has appointed Mark Williams as head of its Hong-Kong office.
As a private equity professional, Williams has over 12 years direct investing experience with a specific focus on the business services and education markets, having originated, led and exited multiple investments across these sectors.
As a partner at Inflexion, Mark was responsible for the sourcing, execution and management of private equity transactions in the region of £20 – 200m. Williams continues to provide advice and experience in a Non-Executive Director (NED) capacity for a number of firms including Reed and Mackay, Kynetec and Alcumus.
From the Hong-Kong office, Williams will be tasked with spearheading growth for Morphose in Asia.
